Insurance & Pricing Information:
No Insurance Accepted
Longevity Neurology Center operates on a direct fee-for-service model.
This means we do not accept or bill insurance for Dr. Powell’s consultation services, and full payment is required at the time of the visit.
However, any imaging, laboratory testing, procedures, or medications ordered by Dr. Powell are billed to your insurance just as they would be at any traditional clinic, subject to your plan’s usual copays, deductibles, and coverage rules.
This approach allows Dr. Powell to provide a higher level of personalized care, spend more dedicated time with each patient, and offer faster, more accessible appointments.
Superbill will be provided for each visit, which you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
You may request an itemized receipt after your visit, which you can then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Please note that Medicare/Medicaid does not allow for any filing for reimbursement for services provided under this model.
Medicare Patients
Our clinic operates on a fee-for-service concierge model and does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. While we are happy to evaluate and care for you, services provided through our clinic are not eligible for reimbursement through government-sponsored insurance programs.

Concierge Annual Membership
A limited number of concierge annual memberships will be available. Benefits will include discounted fees for services, prioritized appointment scheduling (typically within a 24-72 hour timeframe), and a limited number of after-hour virtual or phone consultations with Dr. Powell.
